Friday, April 30th, 10-11:00 am
Join me for an endocrine system sound bath featuring Andara, Celestite, and Pink Aura Gold bowls among other Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls. Experience Lotuswei aura mists throughout the gathering as well. Each sound bath is unique. You can attend all of them (and get a free piece of Wei of Chocolate)!
Friday, May 7th, 10-11:00 am
This once-a-month women’s circle includes pranayama, Lotuswei flower essences, oils, and mists, journaling, mudras, and mantras around a central nature mandala that I will construct at the studio. Rhodochrosite and Rose Quartz Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls will be incorporated, but this is not a sound bath like Sacred Sounds. No experience is required! Those who attend will receive $5 off a single product if they choose to purchase essences, anointing oils, serums, or full-size mists afterward (not applicable for bath salts, lip balms, or mini sizes). Enjoy a complimentary piece of Wei of Chocolate as well!

This sound bath will be especially for mothers! Chrysoprase, Emerald and Morganite are among the many Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls I will be bringing to pamper you and replenish you! Enjoy Lotuswei aura mists throughout the gathering as well. No two sound baths are the same. You can attend all of them! You get a piece of Wei of Chocolate at the end, too!
{Waxing Moon Yoga} [sliding scale $18 to $22]

Join me a few days after the New Moon in Taurus for a gentle beginner yoga class for women which includes moon salutations (rather than sun salutations). I will play a guided selection of my Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls including Malachite, Peridot, and Tourmaline during an extended final relaxation.

This is a gentle beginner yoga class for women which includes moon salutations (rather than sun salutations) a few days after the Full Moon in Sagittarius (5/26). I will play a guided selection of my Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls including Amethyst, Labradorite, and Lepidolite during an extended final relaxation.

This sound bath with Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls will focus on ancestral clearing. I will be bringing Tibetan Quartz Copper, Grandmother, and Grandfather bowls, among others.
