June is shaping up to be a big month for me! I’ll be offering classes for adults, bringing back classes for children, and launching a book of which I am a co-author! Please see my schedule below for classes. I’ll be posting a book update soon!
I will be offering sound baths, yoga classes, and a women’s circles at Yoga Love of Honeoye Falls in May and June. My gatherings are multi-sensory; I marry my love of sacred sounds, flower essences, and aromatherapy with contemplative practices and yoga. Below is a list of IN-PERSON classes at Yoga Love of Honeoye Falls (4 Ontario Street) followed by a VIRTUAL class on Zoom. All times are Eastern time zone.
Please note that space is limited due to social distancing mandates. Masks are required. Kindly bring your own yoga mat to all gatherings. This once-a-month women’s circle includes pranayama, Lotuswei flower essences, oils, and mists, journaling, mudras, and mantras around a central nature mandala that I will construct at the studio. Rhodochrosite, Abalone, and Rose Quartz Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls will be incorporated, but this is not a sound bath like Sacred Sounds. No experience is required! Those who attend will receive $5 off a single product if they choose to purchase essences, anointing oils, serums, or full-size mists afterward (not applicable for bath salts, lip balms, or mini sizes). Enjoy a complimentary piece of Wei of Chocolate as well!

Join me one day after the New Moon in Gemini for a gentle beginner yoga class for women which includes moon salutations (rather than sun salutations). I will play a guided selection of my Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls including Emerald, Itoigawa Jade, and Monroe Hot Springs during an extended final relaxation.

Join me for a special sound bath for the Heart Chakra and Higher Heart/Thymus Chakra. Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls of Malachite, Rose Quartz, and Ruby are among the many bowls I will be playing. This is a gentle beginner yoga class for women which includes moon salutations (rather than sun salutations) one day after the Full Moon in Capricorn. I will play a guided selection of my Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls including Blue Moonstone, Phenacite, and Selenite during an extended final relaxation.

Sunday, June 27th, 6:30-7:30 pm
This sound bath with Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls will focus on sacred sounds of sacred salts. I will be bringing Alchemy bowls of Dead Sea Salt, Great Salt Lake, Himalayan Pink Salt, and Tesseract Salt, among others. Enjoy Lotuswei aura mists throughout the gathering as well. No two sound baths are the same. You can attend all of them (and get a free piece of Wei of Chocolate)!
