Springtime is here and it feels wonderful, blustery wind and all. I brought the first two daffodils to bloom in our yard to the studio today! The lawn is greening up and the mosses are looking luscious in the woods! I hope you’ll come join me in person or perhaps online for some good energy. I will be offering sound baths, yoga classes, and a women’s circle at Yoga Love of Honeoye Falls in April. My gatherings are multi-sensory; I marry my love of sacred sounds, flower essences, and aromatherapy with contemplative practices and yoga. Below is a list of IN-PERSON classes at Yoga Love of Honeoye Falls (4 Ontario Street) followed by a VIRTUAL gathering on Zoom. All times are Eastern time zone.

This once-a-month women’s circle includes pranayama, Lotuswei flower essences, oils, and mists, journaling, mudras, and mantras around a central nature mandala that I will construct at the studio. Rhodochrosite and Rose Quartz Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls will be incorporated, but this is not a sound bath like Sacred Sounds. No experience is required! Those who attend will receive $5 off a single product if they choose to purchase essences, anointing oils, serums, or full-size mists afterward (not applicable for bath salts, lip balms, or mini sizes).

Join me during the Dark of the Moon just prior to the New Moon in Aries for a gentle beginner yoga class for women which includes moon salutations (rather than sun salutations). I will play a guided selection of my Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls including Lepidolite, Moldavite, and Tourmaline during an extended final relaxation. This is a wonderful way to start a fresh lunar cycle and connect with your deepest, purest intentions.

This sound bath with Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls will be inspired by the Full Moon in Scorpio. Sedona Red Rock, Ruby and Carnelian are among the many bowls I will be bringing!
