Welcome to March! The wind is blowing and I can *almost* feel springtime around the corner. There is so much to love about the coming weeks! This month I will continue to offer sound baths, yoga classes, and a women’s circle at Yoga Love of Honeoye Falls. I look forward to seeing you so that you can experience the magic in person. My gatherings are multi-sensory; I marry my love of sacred sounds, flower essences, and aromatherapy with contemplative practices and yoga. Below is a list of IN-PERSON classes at Yoga Love of Honeoye Falls (located at 4 Ontario Street in the heart of the village) followed by a VIRTUAL class on Zoom. All times are Eastern time zone.

This once-a-month women’s circle includes pranayama, Lotuswei flower essences, oils, and mists, journaling, mudras, and mantras around a central nature mandala that I will construct at the studio. Rhodochrosite and Rose Quartz Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls will be incorporated, but this is not a sound bath like Sacred Sounds. No experience is required! Those who attend will receive $5 off a single product if they choose to purchase essences, anointing oils, serums, or full-size mists afterward (not applicable for bath salts, lip balms, or mini sizes).
{Yin Yoga with New Moon Sound Bath} $18

This is a slow-paced Yin yoga class (during which poses are held longer and deep connective tissues are addressed) married with Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls. There is an extended final relaxation for the sound bath portion including the Sunstone and Blue Moonstone bowls, among other Alchemies. This is a wonderful way to start a fresh lunar cycle and connect with your deepest, purest intentions.

Treat yourself to an energetic spring cleaning! Join me on the last day of winter as we open up to the arrival of springtime. Enjoy a bespoke sound bath featuring the Labradorite and Malachite bowls among other Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls in sharp notes for the endocrine system. Experience Lotuswei aura mists throughout the gathering as well. Each sound bath is unique. You can attend all of them!
{Full Moon Yoga} $18

This is a gentle beginner yoga class for women which includes moon salutations (rather than sun salutations) in honor of the Full Moon in Libra; a time for balance. I will play a guided selection of my Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls including Sugilite and Charcoal during an extended final relaxation.
{Sacred Sounds on Sunday Night} $18
Sunday, March 28th, 6:30-7:30 pm
This sound bath with Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls will be inspired by the Full Moon in Libra as well as the green hues of spring. Emerald, Jade, and Peridot are among the bowls I will be bringing! Enjoy Lotuswei aura mists throughout the gathering as well. No two sound baths are the same. You can attend all of them!
