Welcome to February! It is cold, dark and snowy outside, but I will be offering sound baths, yoga classes, and women’s circles at Yoga Love of Honeoye Falls this month to help warm and illuminate your being! My gatherings are multi-sensory; I marry my love of sacred sounds, flower essences, and essential oils with contemplative practices and yoga. Below is a list of IN PERSON classes at Yoga Love of Honeoye Falls (4 Ontario Street) followed by a couple of VIRTUAL classes on Zoom. All times are Eastern time zone.

Thursday, February 4th, 10-11:00am
This once-a-month women’s circle includes pranayama, Lotuswei flower essences, oils, and mists, journaling, mudras, and mantras around a central nature nature mandala that I will construct at the studio. Rhodochrosite and Rose Quartz Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls will be incorporated, but this is not a sound bath like Sacred Sounds. No experience is required! Those who attend will receive $5 off a single product if they choose to purchase essences, anointing oils, serums, or full-size mists afterward (not applicable for bath salts, lip balms, or mini sizes).

This sound bath with Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls will be in natural notes for balancing the chakra system. Enjoy Lotuswei aura mists throughout the gathering as well. No two sound baths are the same. You can attend all of them!
{Yin Yoga with New Moon Sound Bath} $18

This is a slow-paced Yin yoga class (during which poses are held longer and deep connective tissues are addressed) married with Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls, followed by an extended final relaxation including the Blue Moonstone bowl.

Enjoy a bespoke sound bath with a selection of Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls in sharp notes for the endocrine system. Experience Lotuswei aura mists throughout the gathering as well. Each sound bath is unique. You can attend all of them!
{Full Moon Yoga} $18

This is a beginner yoga class for women which includes moon salutations (rather than sun salutations) in honor of the Full Moon. I will play a guided selection of my Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls during final relaxation.
{Sacred Sounds on Sunday Night} $18
Sunday, February 28th, 6:30-7:30pm
This sound bath with Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls will be in natural notes in lower tunings to balance and ground the chakra system. Enjoy Lotuswei aura mists throughout the gathering as well. No two sound baths are the same. You can attend all of them!
