It feels as though many of us have sighed in relief that 2020 is over. It’s an arbitrary date, of course, (and there are many challenges and changes ahead), but it feels good to open my new planner and hang a fresh family calendar on the wall. I’m also eager to share that I have put together some new classes! I will continue to offer Sacred Sounds at Yoga Love of Honeoye Falls, and I will also be leading some hybrid classes there that marry my love of sacred sounds and flower essences with contemplative practices and yoga. Below is a list of IN PERSON classes at Yoga Love of Honeoye Falls followed by a couple of VIRTUAL classes on Zoom. All times are Eastern time zone.

{The Rose Ring} $18
Thursday, January 7th 10-11am
This is a brand new once-a-month women’s circle that I have created which includes pranayama, flower essences, oils, and mists, journaling, mudras, and chanting around a central nature mandala that I will construct at the studio. A special trio of Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls is integral to this gathering, but this is not a sound bath like Sacred Sounds. No experience is required! Those who attend will receive $5 off a single product if they choose to purchase elixirs, anointing oils, serums, or full-size mists afterward.

Enjoy a bespoke sound bath with a selection of my Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls in sharp notes for the endocrine system. I incorporate Lotuswei mists throughout the gathering as well. Each sound bath is unique. You can attend all of them!
{Yin Alchemy Yoga} $18
Friday, January 15th 10-11am
Join me for a slow-paced Yin yoga class (during which poses are held longer and deep connective tissues are addressed) married with my Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls.

This sound bath will be in natural notes for balancing the chakra system. I incorporate Lotuswei mists throughout the gathering as well. No two sound baths are the same. You can attend all of them!
{Full Moon Yoga} $18
Thursday, January 28th 10-11am
This is a gentle, calming beginner class for women which includes moon salutations (rather than sun salutations) in honor of the Full Moon. I will play a guided selection of my Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls during final relaxation.
{Sacred Sounds on Sunday Night} $18
Sunday, January 31st 6:30-7:30 am
I will work with sharp notes again for the endocrine system during this sound bath. I incorporate Lotuswei mists throughout the gathering as well. The energy of each sound bath is different. You can attend as often as you like!

I lead library programs with stories, songs, and crafts and I also offer children’s yoga classes at a Yoga Love of Honeoye Falls.
