Oh my goodness 2021 December is just around the corner! I hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving if you are in the US! Friday, December 3rd, 10-11:00 am
Join me on 12/3 in preparation for the New Moon in Sagittarius and Solar Eclipse arriving 12/4 for this beginner yoga class. I play my Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls throughout the yoga class, and use a handheld practitioner bowl on all participants. This class is the perfect opportunity to get showered in Lotuswei mists, deepen your yoga practice, and receive the healing frequencies of the Alchemies at the same time! At the end of class, I will play a variety of bowls including Labradorite, Moonstone, Smoky Quartz and Sunstone during an extended final relaxation. This once-a-month women’s circle includes pranayama, Lotuswei flower essences, oils, and mists, journaling, mudras, and mantras around a central nature mandala that I will construct at the studio. The gorgeous Divine Sister Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowl will be part this session as will Abalone, Rhodochrosite, and Rose Quartz bowls, among others. I will be collaborating with my beautiful neighbor, friend, and healer Laura Torpey of Laura’s Wellness for Yoga and Sound at The Barn in Victor (2011 Bennett Rd). Laura will lead you in gentle flow yoga, rooted in breath and alignment postures, followed by restorative poses. Throughout the class I will be playing a curated selection of my Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls including Apophyllite, Andara, and Celestite to name just a few. We will be passing through the Waxing Gibbous 12/17 in preparation for the Full Moon in Gemini on 12/18, and I invite you to attend this beginner yoga class which includes moon salutations (rather than sun salutations). You will tune in to your own human instrument through toning and humming, after which I will offer a guided meditation and bespoke sound bath. Absolutely no experience is necessary and you do not need a “singing voice,” I promise! This is the perfect class for releasing 2021 and setting intentions for 2022! Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls of Imperial Topaz, Laughing Buddha, Lavender Sunset, and Peridot are among the many bowls I will be playing.
