For adults, I will be offering TWO in-person classes in March 2024 at my private studio space in Lima. I will also be offering Yoga & Sound with my dear friend Laura Torpey at The Barn in Victor. Please scroll down for details. My gatherings are multi-sensory; I marry my love of sacred sounds, flower essences, and aromatherapy with contemplative practices, breathing exercises, energy work, and yoga.
Please note that space is limited. I encourage you to register through my online scheduler to secure your spots in classes. Kindly bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle to all gatherings.
Requests for refunds must be made to me 48 hours in advance of my events and will incur a 5% fee because I cannot continue to absorb the penalties charged by my scheduling and banking institutions for refunds. Thank you for understanding.

Join me on International Women’s Day as we gather in the serene private studio space of The Rose Room (Doran Rd. in Lima) for a much-needed energetic as we usher in the Lunar New Year. I’ll be leading a guided meditation with an intuitively curated group of my Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls (including individual work with practitioner bowls), sharing Lotuswei flower elixirs, showering you in aura mists, and ending with a bit of Wei of Chocolate. Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls of Andara, Chrysoprase, Emerald, Green Goddess, Malachite, and Sage Forest Gold are among the many I will be playing. The magic is happening again! I will be once again be collaborating with my beautiful neighbor, friend, yoga instructor, and healer Laura Torpey of Laura’s Wellness for Yoga & Sound at The Barn in Victor (2011 Bennett Rd). This gathering is hard to describe, but something very special happens when Laura and I team up! Laura will lead you in gentle flow yoga, rooted in breath and alignment postures, followed by restorative poses. Throughout the class I will be playing an intuitively curated selection of my Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls. Each month is unique. The Alchemies I bring vary depending on the energies. You will have a chance to be misted and anointed with products before, during, and after my classes. If you are interested, I am happy to advise you on potential purchases. I have Lotuswei aura mists, elixirs, serums, anointing oils, bath salts, and lip balms in stock at the studio.
